Autobiographies
Kaysha Kalkofen - An early study of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), tSunela co-founder, Kaysha Kalkofen continues to be at the forefront of search engine marketing know-how. With 10 years of industry experience, Kalkofen has helped clients such as St. Louis Children’s Hospital, Patients First, Microsoft Windows Mobile, Praxair, Scottrade, Aventis Pharmaceuticals, and Showtime enhance their online visibility. Kalkofen’s expertise is in search engine optimization, pay-per-click campaigns, link building practices, and web analytics. Kalkofen is a board member of the Gateway Interactive Marketing Association (GIMA) and a member of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW). Prior to co-founding tSunela, Kalkofen worked at Outrider, The Selling Source, and Brighton Digital Marketing. She has a bachelor’s degree in biology from Truman State University and an MBA with a services marketing specialty from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
JoAnna Dettmann - Marathon running might be a hobby for JoAnna Dettmann but it is proof of her ability to identify the long-term objective and know the path to success. As the co-owner of tSunela, JoAnna brings the same goal-oriented approach to her clients and has paved the way to search engine marketing success for clients such as St. Louis Children’s Hospital, Trane, Logan Chiropractic, Energizer, Ameren UE and Fontbonne University. With more than 10 years of internet marketing and sales experience, JoAnna is proficient at email marketing, internet marketing sales, and online media planning and buying. Further, she is also an experienced manager of pay-per-click campaigns, domain management and web analytics reporting. Currently, JoAnna is a board member of the Gateway Interactive Marketing Association (GIMA) and the Director of Marketing for the local Business Networking International (BNI) chapter. Prior to co-founding tSunela, JoAnna worked at Rodgers Townsend, St. Louis Blues and Brighton Digital Marketing. She has a bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in marketing.
Ken Truman - As Director of Analytics, Ken’s primary responsibility is organizing, analyzing, and extracting actionable insights from data on behalf of our clients. Ken specializes in web analytics, experimental design, and predictive modeling. Prior to joining tSunela, Ken worked at GroupM Search as Analytics Manager where he advised clients such as Amgen, Sprint, and Barclays Global Investors how to extract maximum value from their paid search campaigns. Ken is a former Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Illinois State University, and more recently worked at the Washington University School of Medicine aiding in the design of an experimental technology for the Department of Defense.
Alisha Bingham oversees tSunela's digital creative team and social media managment team. She is responsible for the design of web media, including: landing pages, web banners, and email creative. Alisha is a member of the AIGA design group's St. Louis chapter, and is experienced in writing SEO keyword enriched copy. Alisha Bingham has a Bachelor’s degree in Media Communications with a minor in Studio Art from Maryville University. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in the Media Communications at Webster University.
Kristi Eckhardt joined the tSunela team in February of 2008. Kristi currently receives on the job training in search engine optimization, and organization of pay per click data, keyword data, and customized web reports. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in Speech at SIUE, while also pursuing a focus in Mandarin Chinese.
Amy Faszold interned for tSunela from May-August 2009 and since has been hired on as the SEO Marketing Specialist. She assists in tSunela’s Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Social Media (SMM) efforts. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Lindenwood University.
